Accuracy of electronic components, load cells and encoders can vary over time. This is due to variations in temperature, humidity and in some cases misuse. It is recommended to calibrate force sensors once every year to ensure accurate and repeatable output. We provide calibration services for all our machines. We maintain a large inventory of in house master load cells and related electronics which are calibrated directly from NPL (National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi).
We can also calibrate the machines of other manufacturers.
